Rachel is the Owner at Florence Coffee Company. She and her husband founded Florence Coffee Company in 2003, and have grown their business to over 20 coffee shops throughout their home state of Montana. One of the ways Rachel and her team ensure their quality is through hands-on leadership and using their own roastery. She managed the very first stand in Florence, Montana herself and as a family they have grown this business to be one of the biggest coffee businesses in the state.
