Radha Vyas is Co-Founder and CEO of Flash Pack, the global travel company specializing in curated, boutique trips for solo travelers in their 30s and 40s. But before that, Radha was a career-driven, single woman in her 30s whose friends were all at a totally different stage in life than her (read: married, with kids, etc.), making it nearly impossible to schedule that much needed vacation.

Massively jaded by the perception of ‘group travel’ and the current offerings available for a woman her age Radha saw a gap in the market and a problem to solve. Enter: an adventure travel company for like-minded travelers - specifically in their 30s and 40s - that is focused just as much on the highly-curated itineraries as it would on the group dynamic & creating lasting friendships in adulthood.
