Ram Srinivasan is Managing Director of Consulting for JLL Work Dynamics. Srinivasan advises clients across the Americas in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Portfolio Optimization, Workplace Strategy, CRE Transformation, and Workforce Planning. He has served clients across a broad spectrum of industries, including technology, healthcare, logistics, banking, financial services, and insurance.

As a widely published global thought leader, Ram recently authored the groundbreaking book, "The Conscious Machine," which explores AI's impact on the Future of Work. His insights are highly sought after, making him a frequent keynote speaker at global conferences.

An MIT alum and MIT Sloan ACE, Ram holds 15 MIT certifications in cutting-edge technologies including AI, Machine Learning, and Extended Reality. His unique background also includes qualifications as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary, bringing financial acumen and corporate governance expertise to his technology-focused advisory work.

Srinivasan initially joined JLL in 2010 and spent more than eight years in various consulting roles in the Asia-Pacific, Canada, and North American regions. Prior to rejoining JLL in January 2020, Srinivasan was Vice President of Real Estate and Infrastructure Advisory at Deloitte Canada advising clients across more than 600 million square feet of real estate assets. Srinivasan has also worked with consulting teams at Cushman & Wakefield advising clients on corporate real estate strategy and at a management consulting boutique acquired by KPMG where he advised clients in the areas of mergers and acquisition and post-merger integration.
