Randy is a former HVAC Technician and now serves as HomeServe's Manager of Technician Training, HVAC. Over the last few years, since transitioning from field work to training, Randy has been instrumental in building HomeServe's technician training program, which is designed to help guide the company's skilled trades workforce through their career at HomeServe. Randy was a featured guest on an episode of This Old House: Pro2Pro (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DeVBEQ_XlKk). He’s based in the HomeServe of New England depot in Woburn, Massachusetts.

Randy attended a technical high school from 1996 to 2000 where he graduated in the plumbing class. He won the Outstanding Plumbing award twice while in school and was the only one out of about 25 students at the time to pass the PHCC test.

He started working at Wellesley Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning in 1998 (co-op) and went full time in 1999. He worked mainly on HVAC installations and service and was ultimately promoted to service manager where he oversaw a group of 13.

Randy started at HomeServe in Oct 2014 in the service department and as an overflow installer as needed. He held the record for most OT and completed jobs in Energy services.
