Rashmi is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Wealth Management, within the Office of the COO. She is an Executive Vice President of TIAA. Her scope of responsibility spans several functions in Wealth Management: Products and Solutions, Operations and Services (including the Trust business), Regulatory Supervision and Oversight, Strategy and Business Enablement, as well as the Chief Investment Office for managed accounts.
