I live the idiom of ‘Technology is transforming the World’ by juggling my day between delivering digital disruption to the top companies in the world, to working with the smartest minds @Infosys on the most intricate problems, to managing annual 12Bn$+ worth of technology services Sales & Delivery, to building large teams across the world, to working with Public Policy makers and Academic Ecosystems in defining the Future of Work, Workplaces and Workforce. My Infosys journey has been the incredible story of building and managing multi-billion dollar business units, creating successful new services and most satisfyingly bringing together large teams together! Be it incubating and building the CRM and Oracle Practices, running Global Insurance and Healthcare vertical or managing a large development centre, I have thoroughly enjoyed the challenge of working with teams at all levels and seeing them successful at various positions in Infosys or outside is what am particularly proud of! My other passion is power networking and driving thought leadership in Digital transformation, Future of Work, Workplaces and Workforce and in this endeavor I’m a part of the World Economic Forum(WEF) Reskilling Consortium, Fortune CEO working group for Workforce Redesign, Chair of the Governors IT & BPS workforce council of State of Connecticut, Board of Governors of New York Academy of Sciences, Member of the Young Presidents Organization(YPO) Manhattan Chapter
