Raymond is the Senior Investment Director and is the Head of Real Estate Credit at Kairos Investment Management Company. He leads the company's credit strategy, including debt origination, credit, capital market execution, asset management, portfolio management, and business development activities. Raymond brings over a decade of real estate credit experience from institutional investment management companies. Prior to joining Kairos, he was a Director at Nuveen Real Estate where he was responsible for the sourcing and execution of fixed-rate term loans and structured finance investments, including senior mortgage, junior or subordinated mortgages, mezzanine loans, and preferred equity throughout the Western U.S. for the firm's core-plus debt fund, commingled funds, and separate accounts.
