I am passionate about driving change and improving the lives of marginalized populations. In doing so, I value the power of data and leverage it to guide my thinking when approaching challenges. In my current role, I use analytics to help companies understand and improve their workforce policies, practices, and culture - with a particular focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). My contributions to Mercer's 2020 “Let’s Get Real about Equality” global report reflect some of my thinking around what's next in our collective journey towards workplace equity. I also advise the executive leaders of Mercer’s parent company (Marsh & McLennan Companies/MMC) on the enterprise’s DEI strategy and actions related to racial justice in my role on the MMC Race Advisory Council.
