Leveraging over 20 years of experience with a public accounting, and primarily public company mix. In my last role at ICarbonX, a privately held digital health management company which specializes in artificial intelligence and health data, I was responsible for, among other things, the merger of three companies, involved in fundraising, and the ultimate dissolution of certain affiliated companies. I have managed a variety of areas in the Controllership roles at Cynosure, Juniper Pharmaceuticals and, Pieris Pharmaceuticals. These areas have ranged from Revenue Recognition and SEC compliance to integrating newly acquired subsidiaries and creating an internal control infrastructure. I am able to execute a quality of service to the rest of our organization from a budget and forecast perspective to overseeing payroll.
