Twickets.live is revolutionising the ticket resale landscape by creating a trusted and ethical resale movement that protects genuine fans.

Twickets allows fans to trade any ticket, to any live event - music, sports, theatre, the arts, and at a price always capped at face value.

Launched in 2011 by Richard Davies, a former biochemistry graduate who joined the music industry in the 90’s and went on to build one of the first digital media agencies. Twickets began life on Twitter, and then an app followed to provide a secure transactional process that protects both buyer and seller conducting the exchange.

Twickets is a fully remote business with 20 staff, operating in the UK, mainland Europe, North America and Australasia.

How does it work?

Sellers can list their tickets through the app and website for free. A human moderator then checks each ticket prior to listing. Buyers pay an average of 12.5% booking fee.

When a buyer is found they have to agree to a predetermined delivery mechanism (set by the seller) which includes e-ticket, in app transfer, post, meet up, or collection at a retail outlet.

Key stats:

Over 700,000 registered users
