Currently, Rita is a mother to four wonderful children and practices special education law on a contract basis with the Law Offices of Briana Banayan. She previously worked at Education Justice Law alongside legal professionals renowned in the field, including Adam Wasserman and Georgianna Kelman. In her quest to establish a niche practice in special education law, particularly within the Armenian community, Rita actively seeks training from seasoned Special Education Attorneys.

Her certification in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine Law equips her with exceptional negotiation and settlement skills.
