Rob rejoined the KPS3 team as Vice President of Creative Services in 2010, was named President and CEO five years later. He views his role as a straightforward one - set the vision of KPS3, and empower everyone to achieve it. Rob spends his days supporting the team and encouraging collaboration—an approach that earned KPS3 a spot on the “Best Places to Work” list in 2017, 2018, and 2019. With more than 15 years of digital and traditional marketing experience to his name, Rob believes there is no challenge to grand for the team at KPS3.
