Rocco brings extensive expertise in manufacturing, research, development and commercialization and capacity expansion to Leaf Home. He joined the team in January 2019 from Performance Health, where he served as the Chief Manufacturing, Product and Innovation Officer. Rocco has served as a manager, director, vice president and general manager across business units at The Lubrizol Corporation for nearly two decades. Rocco led business growth, restructuring and strategic planning programs to increase productivity and profitability. He has also guided a number of companies through successful private equity acquisitions and managed companies under private equity ownership. Rocco earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
