Roianne is the Global Head of Inclusion, Diversity, and Belonging at Oliver Wyman. She is leading Oliver Wyman's internal efforts and advising clients on how to build more equitable workplaces. Over the past two decades, she has championed initiatives in inclusive leadership, intersectionality, feminism, and financial inclusion. Over her career, Roianne has worked as an objective advisor to boards and individual leaders in industries including financial and professional services, retail banking, central and local government, engineering, and tech. Using her skills as an experienced project and change manager and chartered accountant, Roianne creates practical and actionable solutions with a clear business focus.
