Rong Kou | Source | Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering at SMU

Rong Kou is an Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering and Director of Lab Operations and Safety at SMU. Her expertise is in material characterization for energy storage technologies, and she was previously a mechanical engineering professor at Penn State. She also worked as a postdoctoral fellow at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, where she developed functional catalysts for fuel cell technology.
