Works within the Mental Health industry for over a decade, Ruth is a BACP Registered and four-time Award Winning Counsellor. She has a sub-specialty in Eating Disorders, and a specific interest in Schema Therapy. Holding University-taught degrees in Counselling (BACP Post Graduate Diploma with Merit), Counselling Skills with COSCA (Graduate Certificate with Distinction) and Criminology (BA Honours), Ruth has a wealth of academic knowledge.
