McQuaid co-founded PlushCare, a virtual-first primary care and mental health services company acquired by Accolade in 2021. Under McQuaid’s leadership, PlushCare grew access to virtual primary care to millions of people across all fifty states and expanded its footprint into the enterprise market as Accolade Care. At Accolade, Ryan McQuaid leads the product, design, and member marketing teams.
Prior to launching PlushCare, McQuaid led AT&T’s mHealth Platform and held positions in business development and sales. Previously he was co-founder and CEO for EagleCraft Motors, a motorcycle manufacturer and distribution company.
Ryan McQuaid graduated from The University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
