Ryan is a Partner and Vice President of Diversity, Inclusive Solutions, and Enablement at CGI Global. He joined CGI in March of 2021 to lead CGI’s strategic vision of becoming top-quartile for diversity among the tech and business consulting industry. With more than 20 years of business experience in healthcare, higher education and the entertainment industry, Ryan has held related roles as Vice President for Diversity, Equity (DE&I) and Inclusion at Children's Hospital Los Angeles, KentuckyOne Health, and Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital—with other experiences leading diversity efforts in various capacities at the University of Pittsburgh, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and the Association of American Medical Colleges.
