I'm Ryan Pineda. At the age of 21, I decided to get my real estate license to supplement my income. From earning $1200 a month as a minor league baseball player. I started building my real estate career. And in 2015 with only $10,000 in my bank, I started flipping houses. From there I have flipped over 500 homes and currently own 480 houses and rental units. In 2020, I decided to build more companies, and create content on social media with the goal of helping others achieve the same things I have.
