As a managing partner of PMG, Ryan Shear is responsible for general company operations, vision and growth. For nearly 15 years, Shear has played an instrumental role in the company’s success in Miami and beyond. He currently manages the development of a growing real estate portfolio with over $10 billion in assets, including all acquisitions, financing, construction, design, marketing, sales and operations. Shear primarily focuses on new construction condo and multifamily high rises in the urban cores of major markets including Miami, New York, Orlando, Phoenix, Denver and more. Shear is a native of Miami’s Coconut Grove and alumnus of Emory University's Goizueta School of Business.
