Ryan Shear | Source | Managing Partner at Property Markets Group (PMG)

Ryan Shear is Managing Partner of PMG, where he currently manages a growing portfolio of over $11 billion worth of real estate assets. Ryan oversees the construction, design, marketing, and sales of PMG’s developments across the United States, which primarily include new construction condo and multifamily projects in core cities such Miami, New York, Denver, Atlanta, Orlando and more.

PMG is a national investment, development, and asset management firm with offices in Miami and Manhattan that is focused on large scale mixed-use residential projects. PMG’s current multi-billion-dollar nationwide portfolio includes assets across pre-development, construction, lease-up, and sell out, totaling more than 8,500 residential units and over 16 million square feet of development. Notable rental projects Ryan has spearheaded under the Society Living brand platform include locations in Denver, Nashville, Atlanta, Brooklyn, Orlando, Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Notable condominium projects include 111 West 57th Street in New York City; E11EVEN Hotel & Residences & E11EVEN Residences Beyond, West Eleventh Residences, One Twenty Brickell Residences, Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences and The Elser Hotel & Residences in Miami; as well as One Park Sarasota on Florida’s west coast.

Ryan began his career at RCLCO Real Estate Advisors before joining PMG in 2007. He graduated with a BA in Business Administration from the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University in Atlanta.
