Samantha is the founder of Empower Global, and the host of the podcast "Samanthropolitics," which explores global politics from a feminist lens. She has trained over 10,000 people leaders from 56 countries on leadership. She is deeply passionate about fostering social impact and cultivating empathetic, purposeful, visionary leaders.
She has trained people leaders at companies like Deloitte, Fidelity Investments, RB, Amazon, Coldwell Bankers, as well as the US Department of Homeland Security, The State Department, Legacy International, The DC Bar, and beyond.

Samantha developed and teaches a transformational leadership program, The Women’s Leadership Challenge, for women leaders from across multiple sectors to learn how to step into their power, lead for the future, and create institutional change. The program now boasts 100+ alums from 26 countries, who are women leaders in aerospace, defense, government, nonprofits, technology, finance, and international organizations. She hosts a youtube show on global politics from a feminist lens, Samanthropolitics, where she has covered elections, conflicts, and crises in over 40 countries.

Formerly, Samantha was in senior positions at Silicon Valley and NYC tech startups, managed the women’s issues portfolio at The US Embassy in Bosnia & Herzegovina, and led global engagement for Ashoka. She has lived and worked in the Czech Republic, Peru, Bosnia, and Spain.

Samantha has been published in New America, Conscious Company Magazine, the Washington Post, The Times of Israel, and beyond. She is a regular guest on podcasts speaking about leadership, global affairs, and women’s issues.

Samantha received a master’s degree in international relations with a focus on conflict resolution and gender analysis from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. She has also studied at Yale University, The Harvard Kennedy School, and the Harvard School of Education. She is trained in mediation and speaks Spanish.

Samantha is working on a book about Feminist Leadership for which she received the prestigious Bellagio fellowship from the Rockefeller Foundation, and is a TEDx speaker. Her master's thesis focused on Reproductive Justice.
