Sarah Bratton Hughes is Head of Sustainability for Schroders in North America. She has been at Schroders for over nine years and is responsible for leading strategy and ESG integration for Schroders’ NA investments. Prior to her current role, Sarah has held several roles at the firm including Investment Director - U.S. Equities & Sustainability/ESG Americas, Product and Associate Product Manager, and Product Executive of U.S. Equities. In Sarah’s current position, she is accountable for the strategic development and execution of sustainability initiatives by partnering with several teams in the NA region, including management, sustainability, distribution, marketing, infrastructure, and the investments divisions. Her role features ongoing collaboration with senior managers on market strategy, client communications, product development, sales, and investor management.
