Scott W. Hawley
Scott is the Managing Director at Kaplan Residential. He oversees the firm’s strategy and supporting its leadership team as a trusted advisor. Scott attributes his dedication and strong management skills to his four years of service in the United States Army’s as a Platoon Leader and Logistics Officer, plus education at the United States Army’s Airborne School. Prior to joining the Kaplan Residential team, he directed Greystar’s client-facing strategy in the Southeast, overseeing the development and acquisition efforts for more than 70 clients. Additionally, Scott has served as the Executive Sales Director for CoreLogic SafeRent’s national accounts.
