Scott Lawlor
Scott is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder at Waypoint Residential. He is responsible for the overall management, strategic vision and investment activities of the firm. Scott brings more than 35 years of experience across all aspects of real estate acquisitions, financing and asset management. Prior to launching Waypoint, he founded Broadway Partners, a private, vertically integrated real estate investment management firm, that acquired more than 28 million square feet of office properties throughout the U.S. Prior to Broadway Partners, Scott managed the real estate operations at Fortress Investment Group and oversaw distressed debt and equity assets for Mutual of New York. He holds a B.A. from Bucknell University and an M.B.A. and M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
