I am the National Sales Director for Mortgage Lending at TD Bank. In this role, I am accountable for leading TD's mortgage loan officer sales force. Additional responsibilities include guiding sales strategy, product development and integrating with TD's East Coast retail bank network. With over 25 years of banking and management experience, I am a seasoned leader with expertise in online banking, payments, consumer deposit products, and consumer lending, including mortgages. I'm passionate about driving sales, revenue, and taking market share to new heights by building engaged and high-performing teams through a successful combination of leadership, coaching, and cultural transformation. Before joining TD, I served as SVP, Head of Retail Banking, at Scottrade running their online retail bank. Prior to that, I held roles of increasing responsibility across top banking organizations including KeyBank, J.P. Morgan Chase, the Bank of New York, Fleet Bank and NatWest Bank. Early in my career I served as a retail stock broker working for such firms as Drexel Burnham, Prudential Securities and Smith Barney.
When we launched our Medical Professional Mortgage earlier this year, we built out a robust program that included a dedicated operations team expressly trained to process, underwrite and close these loans. Bringing on a specialized group of seasoned loan officers was our next priority. J., Stephanie and Jim have decades of experience and true expertise in helping medical professionals achieve homeownership. Their knowledge, combined with our mortgage product set and infrastructure, will allow TD to better serve more physicians and dentists across our footprint.
