Scott Moorehead serves as the CEO of Round Room, one of the nation’s largest Verizon authorized retailers. He also serves as CEO for each of its entities: TCC, Wireless Zone, and Culture of Good.

Under Scott’s leadership, Round Room’s franchise entities, TCC and Wireless Zone, have grown to nearly 1,300 locations across 43 states, generating over $2 billion in annual revenue. This growth is largely due to Scott’s visionary approach to combining business and purpose-driven initiatives that positively affect employees and the communities they serve. His leadership landed TCC a spot on Glassdoor’s Best-Led Companies of 2024 list and Glassdoor’s 2024 Best Places to Work list.

Scott is also the Co-Founder of Culture of Good, Inc., an organization driven by the belief that business can be about more than just profit and rather a force for positive change. From this vision, Culture of Good emerged as a powerful movement that empowers companies to blend purpose with profitability, inspiring meaningful impact across their communities and beyond. Through Culture of Good, Scott has developed the Community Impact Awards to recognize companies that not only demonstrate measurable and sustainable contributions but also cultivate a culture of giving back to their local community.

Scott co-authored the book, Build A Culture of Good, providing an outline for connecting employees, customers, and community. His leadership and business ethos and ideologies continue to set a standard and inspire purpose-driven organizations across the country.
