I'm a digital marketing leader with 15+ years of hands-on experience growing businesses through SEO, performance marketing, and team leadership. Right now, I’m the Managing Director of both SEO Gold Coast and Paperstack, working directly with businesses to grow their organic reach, improve traffic quality, and turn that into meaningful revenue. At the same time, I serve as the SEO Director at Marketing One Group, where I lead strategy across a broad client portfolio, from small businesses to enterprise-level campaigns.

Before that, I spent over six years as SEO Director at Edge Marketing. I built and managed a team of specialists, handled everything from technical SEO to keyword strategy, and shaped long-term content plans tied to measurable outcomes. I collaborated closely with clients to improve organic visibility, conducted regular SEO audits, and used real data to push performance further. My work wasn’t just tactical—it involved mentoring the team, evaluating new tools, and driving continuous improvement across the board.

Earlier in my career, I led a 24-person campaign team as Account Director at WME, one of Asia Pacific’s fastest-growing digital agencies at the time. I was across everything from PPC to development and helped guide high-value clients through complex digital marketing decisions. Even before that, I was Team Lead at Sensis, where I worked with SMEs transitioning from traditional media into digital. It was ground-level experience in sales, strategy, and client education—key foundations that still shape how I work today.
