Dr. Peden is an Assistant Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at Yale Medicine. He is an expert in the surgical and nonsurgical treatment of all foot-related conditions. Dr. Peden then went on to complete his orthopedic surgery residency at George Washington University in Washington. A five year program, it provided teaching and experience in general orthopedics, including pediatric and hip surgery, as well as an in-depth experience with several highly trained and experienced foot and ankle surgeons. Foot and ankle surgery was appealing to him because of the unique anatomy and opportunity for a wide range of surgeries, including reconstruction, deformity correction, trauma, and sports medicine.
