Shalom Daniel is Co-Founder and CEO of Mush Foods, the award-winning company behind 50CUT, a groundbreaking mushroom and mushroom root blend for restaurants and food service. A global food industry veteran, he brings more than fifteen years of food, technology, and business experience to the table for Mush Foods. Daniel's leadership is marked by an ability to discern white spaces and drive progress through novel solutions that address unfulfilled demands without disrupting industry workflows.
Prior to founding Mush Foods, Daniel launched venture-building firm INNOBIZ, served as Global Foods Marketing Director for Unilever Israel, and as Global CMO for Tambour Group, a leading construction materials manufacturer. Shalom holds an MBA from Colman and Leadership Executive and Sustainable Business Strategy Certificates from Harvard Business School.
