  • Exploring Brat Dynamics in BDSM: Insights from Dr. Shanna K. Kattari
Dr. Kattari explains that brats derive pleasure from being "made" to comply, enjoying the chase and playful defiance. Brat tamers thrive on this dynamic, relishing the challenge. For successful brat play, partners should discuss boundaries and preferences, ensuring mutual enjoyment. This dynamic can extend beyond the bedroom, enriching daily interactions with consent and communication.
  • Childfree by Choice: Challenging Misconceptions and Unwanted Questions
Shanna highlights the frustration of being asked, “When are you going to start your family?” She emphasizes her family includes her spouse, five cats, and chosen community. Shanna argues against having children for future care, calling it "a form of indentured servitude," and stresses the need for better societal support systems for aging and disabled individuals.
