Shanna Missett Nelson is President and CEO of Jazzercise, Inc., guiding the group fitness industry leader in global and local markets and managing the brand's strategic direction. Having a front-row view into how her mom, Judi Sheppard Missett, created the most prominent dance fitness company in the world, Shanna began as an instructor but quickly launched her business career as an international brand consultant and franchise owner herself. Shanna guides the corporate management team and steers the direction of the company. In addition to her role at the company, Shanna is a media spokesperson and motivational speaker with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Arizona. Her contributions to the fitness industry have been acknowledged through numerous awards, public and media recognition.

Beyond running Jazzercise, Shanna loves creating choreography for the 7400+ global Jazzercise instructors and leading classes at the brand's flagship studio in Oceanside, CA, and on Jazzercise On Demand. Shanna lives and works in Carlsbad, CA, with her two daughters, Skyla and Sienna.
