Shannon Johnson | Source | EVP/Chief Administrative Officer at UMB Bank

Shannon joined UMB in 2002 and is Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at UMB Financial Corporation. In this role, she is responsible for leading and developing the strategy for UMB’s corporate support and oversight functions. She oversees the human resources, corporate and credit risk and legal divisions, and helps support the audit function for the enterprise. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and completed the Human Resources Director’s certificate program through Cornell University.
