Shelley serves as the leader of TD’s Ready Commitment – the bank’s corporate citizenship platform – and also oversees efforts to build the U.S. Bank’s ESG strategy and TD’s diversity commitment. She plays a key role in the TD Ready Challenge, an annual North American initiative that awards grants to organizations that enrich the lives of its customers, colleagues and communities.
