Using Somatic, Gestalt, and Narrative approaches, I support clients in building deeper emotional connections and resolving conflicts. By focusing on the mind-body connection, I guide clients through practices like grounding, breathwork, and mindfulness to process trauma and promote healing. I offer hiking therapy because I believe wholeheartedly in the therapeutic benefits of the outdoors. My work focuses on fostering vulnerable and authentic communication both inside and outside the therapeutic container.
