Sih has spent the past 25 years as an accomplished entrepreneur, inventor, and corporate executive across a broad spectrum of markets that range from online gaming to financial services. His work revolved around developing consumer-oriented solutions that are scalable at the mass-market level, as well as finding leading-edge technology solutions used by large enterprises.
In his current role as the Head of Partner Integration, Sih is responsible for creating a scalable strategic partnership ecosystem that enables partners to effectively distribute and integrate Synchrony's products and capabilities that align with Synchrony's long-term business goals and help Synchrony's retailer partners.
Prior to this role, Sih helped lead corporate strategy design, planning, and execution across multiple business functions in support of growth objectives. Sih’s focus was to define and determine new business, growth, and investment priorities for the Payment Solutions business unit. Sih also led numerous program teams to launch retail partnership programs for private label and co-branded credit card products, created and delivered emerging payments products and capabilities, and set strategic alignment for innovation through corporate venture capital investments.
Prior to joining Synchrony, Sih held various leadership roles within JPMorgan Chase in the areas of digital products, branch & ATM innovation, strategy & product development, firmwide shared services, and early-stage technology development.
Prior to JPMorgan Chase, Sih held various leadership roles within Walker Digital and its early-stage business venture units. Sih has a track record in startup creation and IP development (3 startups, 20 granted and over 50 filed patents).
Sih holds a B.S. in Accounting from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN. Sih also has partially completed M.S. in Information Systems from Pennsylvania State University, and an Executive Certificate in Innovation and Strategy from Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sloan School of Management.
