Silvia Quintana | Source | Chief Executive Officer at Broward Behavioral Health Coalition

Silvia Quintana is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Certified Addictions Professional. She is presently the Chief Executive Officer, Broward Behavioral Health Coalition, Inc. overseeing the development implementation and management of the substance abuse and mental health system of care for Broward County’s state’s contracts. Ms. Quintana was the Principal Investigator for Broward County’s One Community Partnership 2 Expansion Planning and Implementation Grants. Presently overseeing One Community Partnership 3 Expansion Grant and the Regional Partnership Grant, Family CPR. Previously, she was the Southern Region Substance Abuse and Mental Health Regional Director at the Florida Department of Children and Families in Miami Dade and Monroe Counties, overseeing the development implementation and management of Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services. She served as the Principal Investigator for the FACES System of Care SAMHSA grant in Miami, Florida.
