Somen Mondal
Somen is a serial entrepreneur, successfully founding and exiting two companies. Most recently, Somen served as the CEO and Co-Founder of Ideal, which was acquired by Ceridian (NYSE:CDAY) in 2021. Somen’s also served as Co-Founder and CEO at his prior company, Field ID, which was acquired in 2012 by Fortune Brands (NYSE:FBHS). Somen’s professional accolades include spots on both the Profit Hot 50 and Deloitte Fast 50 lists, as well as the EY Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2012.

And why is that? Because a lot of the time, to run proper AI and ML models, you need all the data in one spot. And there’s very few, essentially, companies or software that have all that data in one spot.
I wouldn’t say it’s a niche. I just think we’re in the early stages of the adoption cycle of it.
