Stacey Ledbetter is the Founder and CEO of NFlyte, the first all-in-one life skills platform built for autistic adults and their families. The NFlyte app empowers autistic adults to live more independently while staying connected remotely to their parents.
Stacey is a parent to Zoe, an 18-year-old woman with autism and an intellectual disability who is motivated to move out of the family home. As Stacey researched solutions, she found most apps were overwhelmingly geared towards children in K-12. She developed NFlyte to help autistic adults like Zoe accomplish their independence goals.
To bring NFlyte to market, She worked with individuals with autism and their parents to better understand the family and community’s needs in the areas of time management, nutrition, staying safe, socialization and more. The first iteration of the NFlyte app launched in March 2023.
Prior to starting NFlyte, Stacey had a career building and scaling high-growth SaaS businesses. She held business operations roles at PointClickCare, Brightly and Blackbaud, helping each company prepare for funding, an exit and an IPO, respectively. She also co-founded and led the first concierge medical practice in Charleston, S.C.
She is currently working as a committee member with Village Vision, a non-profit working to bring affordable housing to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Lowcountry of South Carolina.
Stacey has a BS in Finance from Penn State University and an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business. She lives in Charleston, S.C. with her husband, two daughters and two dogs.
