Stephanie Czajkowski (she/they) is an actor/podcaster/fitness professional.
Best known as the Vulcan Science Officer Lt. T’Veen on the third season of Paramount+ series Star Trek: Picard, she has also played bald badass alter-ego Hammerhead on HBO Max’s Doom Patrol, stone-cold killer Bex Dawson on the reboot of McGruber on NBC Peacock, and CHYNA on the NBC comedy, Young Rock, starring Dwayne Johnson.
A certified Group Fitness Instructor at Equinox, when not acting or teaching, she is a passionate advocate for breast cancer awareness.
Having recently battled three types of unrelated cancers, Czajkowski never stopped working during her medical journey. (Along with her husband, they chronicled their healthcare experience in their humorous yet honest blog and podcast, ChemoSkinny. )

CANCER AND PEOPLE'S REACTIONS TO YOUR DIAGNOSES:
Try and “hold space “ for people and their “loving ways” in reaction to your cancer diagnosis ,as you “hold space “ for yourself. You will know innately what energy will serve you now and what won’t .
One small upside of this diagnosis is the clarity it brings and how your POV changes regarding yourself, your relationships, and how you move through this world.
Know that LOVE is LOVE, and it is a blessing. Take a breathe and realize it takes a lot of forms, but at the end of the day it really is the thing that helps see you through.
