Steve Cashman is the President & Chief Executive Officer at Caption Health, a San Francisco based company to develop the first AI-guided ultrasound system that enables healthcare providers, including those without ultrasound experience, to acquire and interpret quality ultrasound images of the human heart.

Steve’s vision is to bring ultrasound to the forefront of the patient journey and revolutionize healthcare with early and accurate diagnosis through AI-based imaging.. He is passionate about using technology to transform the patient experience and increase access to high-quality, affordable healthcare. Steve Cashman brings more than 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and seasoned executive in the IT and healthcare industries
He grew up in a small town in Kansas and studied Electrical Engineering and Business Administration at Kansas State University
In 1998, Steve co-founded an IT services integration company, SecuriCom Inc.
In 2010, he founded HealthSpot, a private, walk-in medical kiosk
Cashman previously served as chief commercial officer at InTouch Health, which was subsumed by Teladoc in one of the largest medtech acquisitions of 2020 in a $600 million deal.
Prior to leading Caption Health, Steve was CCO at InTouch Health (acquired by Teladoc), where he oversaw domestic and global sales, as well as product, marketing, customer service, and clinical services
Steve is actively engaged in the business startup community, is an angel investor, and is on the Board of Stowe Mission.
