Steven is a seasoned commercial real estate and appraisal/valuation professional who has built his business thanks to meaningful relationships with industry peers. After nearly 20 years leading one of greater New York metro’s largest commercial property appraisal and consulting practices, Metropolitan Valuation Services, was acquired by JLL. Today, Steven serves as Senior Managing Director of JLL’s US Value and Risk Advisory platform leading the greater New York Tri-State region.
