Stuart Swindell is a Head of Go To Market and Strategy for Dun & Bradstreet’s Third-Party Risk & Compliance business unit in UK. Stuart is responsible for all Products and proposition supporting Dun & Bradstreet’s customers within the Supplier Intelligence and AML/KYC space, helping Dun & Bradstreet clients reduce risk and improve their business performance. Stuart also leads the strategic direction for Dun & Bradstreet’s API portfolio of services within UK.

Stuart brings more than 20 years of industry experience to helping clients solve the latest business challenges with roles held in Product and Technology. A key focus is ensuring Dun & Bradstreet’s Third-Party Risk & Compliance capabilities meet the latest requirements of workflow automation to reduce the time and cost of business onboarding. Stuart was instrumental in the creation of Dun & Bradstreet’s UBO Solution, supporting AML, Bribery and Anti-Corruption regulations such as 3AMD / 4AMD / UK Bribery Act and the FCPA.

Stuart joined Dun & Bradstreet in 2009 when it acquired ICC Information, Ltd. At ICC, Stuart held roles of increasing responsibility developing solutions to meet evolving client needs in third-party risk assessment and regulatory compliance.

Stuart resides in the United Kingdom and outside of work is an avid Rugby fan and enjoys cooking.
