Suruchi is a medical doctor who completed her Residency Training at Imperial College London. Over the past few years, she has gained extensive experience in creating go-to-market strategies for Medtech startups. At Digital Surgery, she created the Virtual Residency Program, which led to a multi-million USD pharma deal and was implemented in over 150 US Hospitals. Digital Surgery was later acquired by Medtronic. Following this, she launched the Osso Virtual reality training Network, which within one year is being utilized by the top twenty-five US Ivy-league orthopedic residency programs and led to a partnership with JnJ. She was a co-founder, with Entrepreneurs First, of a company and created an AI-based companion diagnostics tool. Currently at Stanford Business School. Recently, she graduated from Stanford Business School where she was a Pear VC fellow. Currently, she is Chief of Staff to the CEO at agilon health.
