Susan Charnaux
Susan leads Appian's People Team, which includes Talent Acquisition, Human Resources and Learning and Development. Susan and her team are focused on bringing Appian's distinctive culture to the forefront of the company's talent activities -- enabling growth of the business as well as professional growth for all Appian employees. Susan has over 20 years of experience in professional services and human capital, including senior roles at Accenture and McKinsey & Company. She has also worked in human capital at the Pentagon and the White House in her early career. Susan graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University with a degree in Engineering and received a JD and MBA from Harvard University.
