Susan is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Ceridian. She is responsible for designing and driving the global people and culture strategy, including talent development, recruiting, diversity, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement. Susan has more than 20 years of HR leadership experience. Prior to joining Ceridian in 2020, she held leadership roles at some of the world’s best-known multinational-brands across six continents, including Vice Media, Starbucks, the NBA, and Disney.
