Susie Marlow is a Managing Director in Kincentric’s Engagement Practice. Based in the Washington, D.C. metro area, Susie leads engagements focused on helping clients translate insights from employee engagement analytics and measurement into human capital strategies that enhance employee experience, advance business transformation efforts and improve organizational effectiveness. She is a seasoned consultant with nearly 20 years of experience partnering with executives and their teams to design and execute talent strategies to drive organizational performance. Prior to joining Kincentric, Susie led global teams at Deloitte Consulting and PricewaterhouseCoopers, and held internal leadership roles at Oracle, Cerner and Marriott International. She also supported employee engagement and strategic communications studies and benchmarking as a senior research analyst at Corporate Executive Board (now Gartner). Areas of expertise include applying assessment findings and insights to the design and implementation of recruiting and onboarding practices, talent and leadership development programs, enterprise competency models and career paths, culture assessment and culture change initiatives, and operating model and organizational redesign.
Susie holds a degree in History from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a Master of Business Administration with course emphasis on Organizational Behavior from George Washington University.
