I imagine a world where people are so inspired by what they are learning that they feel compelled to pass it onto others. To help create that world, I wake up every day focused on making things better for others so that they can thrive and, in turn, make things better for others. Being the Chief Learning Officer for EY Americas gives me the honor of working with a team that is doing just that.....every day we make things better for others and the ripple effect is tremendous: It impacts their teams, their clients, their communities, and the world. My personal (and amazing!) journey at EY provided the opportunity to serve clients big and small, complex and simple, global and local. It's a pleasure to have worked with thousands of talented people from all corners of the world, many that are still with EY, many that have gone onto other careers, and all of whom have provided incredible learning experiences.
