Tarik is the Managing Director (Corporate Venture Capital Group) at Allstate Insurance. He leads the Allstate Strategic Ventures team which is primarily focused on early-stage investments in insurance and insurance adjacent sectors. Tarik started his career in JPMorgan’s Investment Bank focusing on private equity and M&A transactions. Since then, he has executed over 40 transactions surpassing $30B in deal size, most recently concentrating on venture capital investments. Tarik holds MBAs with concentrations in Entrepreneurship, Finance, and International Business from IIT Stuart School of Business and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology.
