With over 10 years of experience in marketing, communications, and investing, Tess is an expert in change management, leadership development, and financial education and is currently the VP of Technology and Operations at a global marketing agency.

Outside of work, Tess can be found volunteering for organizations like BUILD Boston, rock climbing, hiking, reading, traveling, spending time with friends or catching live music.
